Users must provide accurate info, maintain security, and are responsible for account activity.

4. Payment & Subscription

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Payments via Creeem, Stripe, or approved gateways. Cancel anytime through account dashboard.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

Users retain ownership of generated music.
MusicianAI does not claim rights; all outputs can be used for personal or commercial purposes under our license.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for illegal or harmful activities, nor reverse engineer the software.

7. Intellectual Property

MusicianAI retains ownership of all technology, branding, and models.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is." We are not responsible for indirect damages.
Liability limited to payments made within 12 months.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

11. Updates

Using MusicianAI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
